Royal Ember
Bistro
Primal Fire, Polished Craft.

1200°F
Searing Zone
At Royal Ember, we believe fire reveals truth. It strips away pretense, exposing the essential character of both ingredient and intention.
PROVENANCE AS PROMISE
We work exclusively with 5 local ranchers practicing ethical husbandry. Each cut is traceable to its origin pasture.
28-day minimum dry-age
TECHNIQUE AS TRADITION
Our grill masters train for 6 months before touching the fire. Temperature is controlled not by dials, but by intuition.
3 distinct heat zones: 600°F, 850°F, 1200°F
RESTRAINT AS RESPECT
We serve protein as the hero. Accompaniments are chosen not to compete, but to complement—never more than three elements.

TESTIMONIALS FROM THE FIRE
"The ribeye transcended steak. It became elemental. A lesson in what happens when respect meets flame."
"We booked the Ambassador's Table for our merger celebration. The fire became our metaphor: two companies, one heat."
"I've eaten at 47 steak houses across 3 continents. Royal Ember understands that great fire requires even greater restraint."
